    It is a good idea to take the dough out of the refrigerator and allow it to be at room temperature for an hour before using it. Put a little flour on the table and roll out the dough with your hands into an approx. 12" pizza. We do not recommend using a rolling pin, it can tear the dough and take all the air out of it. Now put sauce and toppings on the pizza according to taste. Then put the pizza directly in the oven. Keep a close eye on the pizza because it takes a very short time. Good to use the spatula that comes with the oven to turn the pizza so that it bakes evenly. Then remember to enjoy

    Set your oven to 250-300° (as high as it will go) We recommend a pizza stone if you have one at home. It is good to take the dough out of the refrigerator and let it be at room temperature for an hour before using it. Put a little flour on it table and roll out the dough with your hands into an approx. 12" pizza. We do not recommend using a rolling pin, it can tear the dough and take all the air out of it. Now put sauce and toppings on the pizza to taste. It is good to have baking paper under the pizza so that it is easy to flip it into the oven. Now bake the pizza for about 10-12 minutes.
